I've had the privilege of working closely with medical professionals, clinic managers, and IT teams, collaborating on software upgrades and expansion projects that drove operational excellence and improved patient care.

One of my proudest achievements was playing a pivotal role in preventing potential legal actions against Medstreaming. By teaming up with the Project Manager and Legal department, we devised innovative and customer-centric solutions that addressed the unique needs of our valued clients.

In my role, I've been a dedicated problem solver, coordinating with PACS, EMR, billing, and support teams to swiftly diagnose and resolve complications for our customers, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Managing and maintaining clinics with over 100 technicians, nurses, and doctors has taught me invaluable leadership and organizational skills. I thrive in high-pressure environments, and my ability to inspire and support my team has led to exceptional outcomes.

To streamline processes and optimize decision-making, I harnessed the power of technology, effectively tracking and managing vast amounts of critical data using Salesforce and Smartsheet.

Account Manager

As an IT Help Desk Specialist, I effectively managed client inquiries and concerns regarding outages and report or imaging issues. Key responsibilities included:

Handling Client Communication: Skillfully receiving and addressing client phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the interaction. Actively listening to client concerns, gathering relevant information, and providing timely updates on issue resolution progress.

Case Management: Creating individual cases for each reported issue, accurately documenting details and tracking case status. Employing a systematic approach to prioritize and assign cases to the appropriate engineers or support teams based on their expertise and workload.

Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with engineers and technical teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of client issues. Effectively communicating case details, providing necessary context, and facilitating seamless collaboration to expedite problem-solving.

Issue Resolution Confirmation: Proactively reaching out to clients to provide updates and inform them when their reported issues have been successfully resolved. Ensuring clear and concise communication, addressing any additional questions or concerns, and confirming client satisfaction with the resolution.
