1. Finance: Managing accounting posting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to financial procedures. Efficiently manages cash flow and ensures smooth operations. 3. HR: managing the recruitment process, tracking leave of staff, and Maintaining performance management and development plans for the staff.
4. Premises: Supervising and monitoring the administration, management, and proper maintenance of the Dohuk premises. In addition to maintaining the passive security setup of the premises and implementing necessary measures to uphold safety and security standards.
5. Admin and protocol: Demonstrating expertise in ICRC rules of correspondence and protocol principles.

Finance Specialist, in coordination and cooperation with the supporting staff, and supervised by the Finance Manager is responsible for keeping finances and accounting functions in order to meet legislative requirements and support operations.  the focal point for Mosul Area offices for data entry of financial transaction to DRC Dynamics (ERP System) and migrate all the data from the old systems to the new one.

Finance Specialist

1-Ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner with the appropriate authorisations.
2- Ensure that all payments are done only if supported by vouchers complaining with DRC
and donors requirements .
3- Ensure that all DRC templates existing along the Supply chain (ORs, POs, Bid analysis,
Contracts…) are signed and used before proceeding to payment.
4- Check all cash and bank payments, including petty cash transfers to sub-offices if any.
5- Update DRC cashbooks on a daily basis in order to reflect the actual status of existing
cash count and ready for inspection at any time.
6- To do physical cash count on a daily basis and the release of signed cash count &
cash/bank statements on the last day of each week and at the end of each month.
7- Ensure that advances and deposits are settled within 2 weeks after an outlay is taken.
8-  Notify any rebooking that is considered necessary.
9- Assist in the budgeting procedure.
10-  Support internal and external audits as instructed by the FATL.
11- Assure that all cashbooks, related documents and vouchers are timely submitted to FATL.
Any other related financial duties as agreed with the line Manager.
12- Due to the nature of the tasks to be performed, confidentiality is a requirement.

Finance Officer

•	Set up a distribution mechanism for food items (FIs) and non-food items (NFIs);
•	Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the distribution process on a monthly basis, in coordination with other stakeholders involved in the distribution;
•	Follow up with the Warehouse Officer on the management of the warehouse;
•	set up emergency preparedness strategies corresponding to the distribution of FIs and NFIs;
•	Provide the distribution staff with appropriate tools and techniques for the distribution of FIs and NFIs;
•	Ensure the complementarity of the various stakeholders’ actions in the distribution of FIs and NFIs;
•	Act as a focal point for inquiries about the FI and NFI distribution process;
•	Fulfill all the demands pertaining to the FI and NFI distribution process;
•	Archive all the documents relevant to the distribution process;
•	Work closely with DRC, donors and partners staff on the implementation of various activities as required.
