Highlights
 Successfully worked on the redesign and launch of the award-winning BMO Wealth Management
websites. Responsibilities included conducting stakeholder interviews, competitive and content
audits, mapping out buyer personas, customer journeys and working closely with UX designer
to wireframe and architect the websites
• Researched and presented category reviews for Pizza Nova on competitor trends, digital
behaviour and consumer shifts to help build and design a new e-commerce experience for Pizza
shopping. The redesign resulted in 120% increase in order completions in the first 4 months
from launch
• Gained insights using qualitative research into how caregivers perceive care giving. Applied
consumer and contextual insight to create an inspiring brief which led to a successful
campaign for St Elizabeth’s Senior Care. Campaign drove 230% increase in unique visitors to
website

• Manage end to end activation of digital deliverables on campaigns, tactics included paid/social
media, web & mobile app development, CRM and digital video
