I am a Business Solution Sales Consultant with a primarily, though not exclusive Human Capital Management background, and years of experience in designing, implementing and selling IT Business solutions for Healthcare, Central & Local Government, Higher Education & Research. I have a great passion for listening to what are the business trends and drivers within a given market and to learn from a customer what are his main pains and critical business needs. As a result of this, I like to involve people and to collaborate with an extended team of contributors to build, promote, sale and make it up and running the most suitable and compelling solution.
