• Set and executed the company’s long-term vision, driving strategic expansion, innovation, and operational scale. Directed all aspects of company performance, from strategy to implementation.
• Owned full P&L responsibility, oversaw multi-year financial planning, project finance, and capital management. Provided updates for the Board of Directors and investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Scaled the business through targeted sector diversification, new revenue streams, and a high-impact commercial team, resulting in double-digit YoY revenue growth and significant market share gains.
• Led the internationalisation strategy through high-level partnerships with global industry associations and cross-border market initiatives. Elevated the company’s brand across regional and EU markets.
• Built a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and inclusion. Recruited and mentored senior leadership, empowering teams to execute at scale.

• Performed analysis and due diligence on the acquisition of a €24M distressed debt portfolio, involved from initial bid to final acquisition. 
• Researched and completed due diligence on a €40M real estate portfolio.

• Owned and managed a $21M P&L; generated ideas to drive synergies, savings and efficiencies.
• Led merger synergies for global data post $150M acquisition, reviewed pricing, led negotiation for data agreements and cut costs by 50%. 
• Identified and capitalized on process improvements, renegotiated pricing, resulting in  $2.5M savings.
• Selected by CEO to run Business Development research initiatives to assess market opportunities for new client acquisitions.
