The studies encompassed organizational/work psychology, human behaviour, team and individual development, empathic communication, transformational leadership, etc. I have worked with team development for clients and received very positive feedback. More than 15 years experience of employee and engagement surveys incl. stress and work life balance. Worked as consultant/Senior Research Executive/project manager. Many years of experience of after survey improvement work (workshops). Have worked with companies of different sizes, in different industries, both internationally and locally. In these projects I have worked with designing question models, project management, facilitating workshops, training and presentations. I have seen many different company cultures and processes at client organizations; i.e. what works and what does not. I have a passion to help teams and companies to succeed.
