o	Intake form and prioritization process
o	Project Management templates for both Agile and waterfall methodologies

Made impactful changes in culture and inclusivity by doing the following: 
o	Council member for Domo’s first ERG, Womxn at Domo, provided project management expertise to ERG events and mentoring program.

•	Manage cloud infrastructure, network deployment projects and technical staff allocations.  Owns the management of project resource scheduling, critical path items, requirements gathering, and prioritization of large-scale initiatives.

•	Audited customer contracts to ensure correct entry in billing system. 
•	Ensure that Salesforce case resolution was in adherence to OLAs and SLAs
•	Created and documented processes for the Customer Operations teams.
