I am a certified mindfulness consultant and a leadership trainer, who helps organizations and leaders to boost employee well-being, prevent burnout, improve performance, and strengthen company culture. Additionally, I am a mentor and an education advocate at Greenhouse Scholars, a non-profit organization that supports high-performing, under-resourced students.

Gallup’s 2023 workforce report, which polled more than 2 million employees from 160-plus countries, found that workplace stress is at an all-time high.


A portion of  ESG ratings is now contingent on how employees feel they’re being treated.


Employers should prioritize well-being because it’s the right thing to do. 


Emphasizing the business case for happy employees (higher productivity, better retention, and easier talent attraction) alongside the threat of potentially losing ESG investors, should push employers in the right direction.
