Mission 🚀 : Tribe manager of teams supporting Financing activities (170 people, 3 locations, 17M€)

•	Teams organized in Agile@Scale principles since 2017. Feature teams are composed of Product owner, Tech Lead, Fullstack Developer, DevOps, UX, Business Analyst, Tester and Support engineer

•	Strong focus on Craftmanship practices : TDD, BDD, DDD, Clean code, Pairing, Mutation testing

•	1+ delivery/day in 2018, 80% of APIs Dockerized, digitalized push from Integration to Production

•	Acquisition of a Green Crowdfunding platform (Lumo) and development of an Ipad app digitalizing Client Pitch on M&A opportunities

•	Lead of internal attractivity & hiring task-force for the whole unit (600 people) 

•	Push on experience sharing (10+ external pitch/year, sponsoring of Xebicon ’17 and ’18, publication of 4 articles in IT newspaper)

#challenge 🏔 : I pushed my teams toward an autonomous operating model but failed to finalize it

#success ⭐ : I focused on hiring scarce IT experts, shifting from 25% to 50% internal resources while securing strategic positions

Global head of Information Systems - Origination, Structuration and Syndication Information Systems

Mission 🚀 : Co-Leader of all Support teams of CIB (650 people, 7 locations, 150 applications, 45 M€)

#challenge 🏔 : lead of a cost reduction initiative that led to a 1.2M€ saving in 2 months on Run The Bank 

#success ⭐ : I launched a global transformation of Production teams toward a DevOPS operating model

Co-Head of Application Support at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking

Mission 🚀 : Client Relationship Management team is ensuring that all IT teams are providing internal Business partners (all CIB) with the right level of service on Production (1 team, 3 locations).

Services delivered : 
•	Client management (VIP/VOP, Crisis and Problem management)
•	IT Production follow up and steering (setup of SLA/OLA based on Business requirements)
•	IT Production reporting based on Business Process and Chains
•	Lead of key Production improvement projects (as described just below)

Examples of emblematic Production improvement projects led with partners : 
•	Optimization of Monthly accounting process to gain 1 day delay (out of the 4 first ones)
•	Improvement of PnL reporting process to move from D+5 to D+4
•	Reduction of 50% on Front to Back deal reconciliation breaks 

#challenge 🏔 : I found a challenge in supporting such a wide range of partners (~12.000 people)

#success ⭐ : Several emblematic deliveries had an impact on the whole CIB

Head of Production Client Relationship Management

Mission 🚀 : Head of Risk, Referential & Finance Support team (15 teams, 130 people, 6 locations)

Main applications : Agrisk/RiskOne, Bacardi, Agora/R2D2, BDR/SDS/Matrix/Galaxy, RDJ/GL/EPM/Granite

#challenge 🏔 : I had to build a one-team culture and production practices from 3 different teams with very heterogeneous maturity

#success ⭐ : I managed a critical Production crisis (9 months long) and initiated in the row Montreal and Bangalore offshore transformations

Head of Risk, Referential & Finance Support Team at SGCIB

Mission 🚀 : Setup of Client Relationship Management within IT Production - ensuring that all IT teams are providing internal Business partners (CIB population) with the right Service level on Production. 

#challenge 🏔 : In six months time I created a new team with a whole new mission in the organization

#success ⭐ : I  managed to attract heterogeneous expert profiles (business, dev, production) to build a highly efficient team

Mission 🚀 : Head of Equity Back Office application Support (4 teams, main applications: Eole/Gate/Alisé/Tethys/Themis/Demeter/Gaia)

#challenge 🏔 : I had to manage a very stressful environment being involved in J. Kerviel crisis

#success ⭐ : I loved and succeeded in managing operational managers

#challenge 🏔 : It was challenging to be knowledgeable on a multi application environment

#success ⭐ : I successfully switched from an manager role based on expertise toward a non expert one
