Some of my proudest and recent professional achievements include: • Developed and launched Generative AI features, including plagiarism checkers, trainer assistance and learner chatbots within three months of launch at Catapult Learning Management, securing dozens of new clients for these innovative, paid features. • Drove transformational change across Catapult’s SaaS platform, Edify, supporting multiple content formats to attract new client segments who require different formats of content, whilst driving retention of existing clients looking to enhance their product portfolio. • Led a security audit of the LMS and implemented significant enhancements, including strengthened passwords and 2FA to reduce the risk of future cyber incidents.
