I am an adult educator, trainer and facilitator. As an educator I am deeply committed to the lifelong pursuit of learning. My passion for adult education has led me to found PeerGuides Training Solutions, a company dedicated to helping seniors acquire the digital skills they need to thrive in today’s increasingly technology driven world. I believe that the right guidance and support can help seniors become more confident and proficient in the use of digital technology, allowing them to maintain independence and stay connected with their loved ones. Through my company I have designed an instructional model called the Three Phase Digital Learning System. This model is based on brain- friendly approaches to learning and is tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of older adults.
