I’m an organisational psychologist and talent strategist with 5+ years' cross-sector experience across industry and academia. Currently, I’m pursuing a PhD in Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where my research centres on organisational behaviour, specifically at the intersection of personality, performance, and well-being in the workplace. I focus on perfectionism, a complex and often misunderstood trait, to understand how it shapes and influences professional success and broader organisational outcomes. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of our work lives. I’m especially interested in how micro-level psychological processes influence broader organisational outcomes and how we can use these insights to design more thoughtful, resilient, and human-centred workplaces. My career so far has taken me from the dynamic pace of the luxury hospitality industry to the reflective and analytical space of academic research. Across both contexts, I’ve come to value adaptability and resilience as essential to navigating complexity. I bring a people-first mindset to my work, informed by emotional intelligence, and an attuned awareness of stakeholder needs. My approach is grounded in building meaningful relationships, encouraging collaboration, and contributing to solutions that are both practical and rooted in human insight.
