I was once called "the fat guy with the bad girlfriend".... During what I though at the time should've been the prime of my life. I was a D1 athlete in the best program in the country but I was fatter than ever... Poor eating habits growing up got even worse when I went to college and I would eat take out, chips and dip, and ice cream pretty much every day. I felt terrible about myself. My confidence was lower than ever and I felt lost, unmotivated, and unhappy whenever I looked at myself in the mirror. I wanted to get my confidence back. I wanted to feel GOOD when I looked in the mirror. I wanted to be the person who I felt I was supposed to be deep down. I hold myself to very high standards but knowing I wasn't living up to them was killing me inside. I tried everything that you could think of from clean eating, keto, IIFYM, intermittent fasting, the list goes on... It took me a long time to finally break through my self sabotaging habits and follow through on a program with 100% effort. Once I got it...I RAN with it and was able to: Get in the best shape of my life and continuously improve over the years Compete in 19 bodybuilding shows Become a professional bodybuilder after 6 shows Help hundreds of others get in their best shape and learn from my mistakes See, what I learned through my own journey is that there are so many ways to reach your goals... But the most important part is finding a program that you can do for the rest of your life. Because if you can't continue doing what it took to get to the goal, you wont know how to maintain the goal once you get it. And who wants to get fat 2 weeks after they reach their goal? So now, my focus is getting people results in a sustainable way so that their health and fitness actually ENHANCES their lives instead of suffering forever. Because at the end of the day we all want to be able to live life AND be happy with the way that we look and feel.
