This first of it's kind experience empowers customers to resolve internet & TV service issues via personalized predictive issue detection & human-centered troubleshooting serving over 2.5MM monthly unique visitors.

- Transformed how customers use digital experiences to resolve service issues without an agent
- Partnered with customer service teams to deliver omni-channel predictive troubleshooting experiences enabling over 30MM unique self-service unique visits and 420K technician appointments scheduled yearly
- Led the strategy, design, and development of a customer-facing network outage messaging experience
- Directed the My Account and Help & Support product design & development teams, delivering over 50 strategic enhancements resulting in consecutive MoM improvements to digital transformation KPIs

- Inspired a digital product vision based on customer needs and strategic business goals
- Managed a team of Product Managers across 6 dev teams to deliver on the product roadmap
- Championed the redesign and re-architecture of business.comcast.com including full CMS support and a simplified Shop & Checkout experience while achieving a 2 fold increase in orders
