- Created Fruit Boat, a breakfast solution, which became the 8th-highest selling subscription on Milkbasket within 2 weeks of launch.
- Merged a data entry and a data visualisation software to create a customised, real-time solution for warehouse management, analytics, accounting, and forecasting -- all on a single screen.
- Created Farm Route, a direct-from-farm supply chain that operated in 6 states.
- Built the FnV central team, and digitised operations.
- Conceived & implemented processes + analytical tools that helped FnV manage an increase in sales from ₹3 lakhs/day to ₹25 lakhs/day.

- Started as a B2B startup (Frudor) that delivered fresh, high quality produce from local farms within 24 hours of harvest.
- We only sourced produce irrigated with clean ground water, from 15+ villages in Delhi, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.
- Pivoted to a D2C model where all the products were traceable to the source.
- Experimented with multiple models: tying up with retailers, selling from stands at premium markets in Delhi, and delivering to homes.

- Taught coding, app development, and other creative tech to school students. 
- Worked directly with the company's CEO, Sandeep Bhagi.
- Managed camps at premium schools like Cathedral & John Conon School (Mumbai), Neerja Modi School (Jaipur) & DPS International (Delhi).
- Conducted courses on Android development using the MIT App Inventor, an online drag and drop programming application.

- Worked with Anshul Bhagi, founder of Camp K12, on an Android game.
- Learnt Unity3D, and built the game from scratch.
- Expanded and led a team that included a Unity developer, 3 graphic designers, and an audio engineer.
