If I could define my professional career in few words they would be - grind, passion & humility. Experiences are critical to any manager at any level. I started my first job in Malaysia 10 years ago for RM5/hr. Pure hustle brought humility to my skillset. Thereafter I ended up helping a local startup to pivot and scale in SEA to become self sustainable. It was God's blessings that I got an opportunity to handle PNL of a large local SME with 900+ employees. I was driving digital, brand & people transformation all in "one go". A beautiful chaos with great lessons to learn. We did beat all odds in a retail business which was hit by pandemic. We scaled the business online & offline to generate additional RM 77 Mil YoY with a growth of 60%. Working in one the iconic disruptors in SEA in AA helped me learn scale and pace over perfection. I'm currently working for a global market leader; which has helped me to understand how the #1 player in the market thinks, plans, strategises, learns and acts. These amazing experiences have shaped me & made me who I am today. Always hungry to learn & solve problems. Many failures and short-comings have shaped me to be better as a person and also as a decision maker. I am currently looking to work with like minded leaders and teams who also have a mission that impacts the world positively. If you are upto something big- always happy to connect.
