If I could sum up my journey in three words: perseverance, purpose, and passion. I started 13+ years ago in Malaysia earning RM5/hour, and that experience taught me the value of hard work from the ground up. Since then, I’ve helped scale a local startup (as co-founder) across Southeast Asia, led digital and organisational transformation for a 900+ employee SME (driving RM77M YoY growth), and learned to move fast and stay agile at one of the region’s most disruptive brands, AirAsia. Today, I work for a global market leader, gaining insights into how top-performing teams think and execute at scale. Across every chapter, I’ve grown as a resilient, mission-driven leader who values people, impact, and continuous learning. What fuels me daily is solving complex problems and turning uncertainty into opportunity. Outside of work, I serve as a lay minister at church and am pursuing a part-time Master’s in Pastoral Studies.
