My infinite goal is to improve and be a little less wrong than yesterday, while my broad experience fast tracks my understanding of new areas. I believe in treating everyone with the same respect and value dedication, collaboration and honesty. I aim to use my analytical and strong troubleshooting skills to support the value chain, as well as stay alert to any process improvements. I see myself as the link between people and IT and support this link with my communication skills. I apply for positions that let me pursue this goal, while allowing my team freedom to achieve success, by bringing their ideas to fruition and by optimising existing conditions. I thrive in a work environment that has a strong team-spirit and a clear common goal. I am from 1983, lived my whole life in Denmark, but love travelling and experiencing foreign cultures. In my free time I enjoy staying fit, keeping up to date on various technologies and exploring topics in business psychology. The most recent book I've read was "Leadership is Language - L. David Marquet" and I'm currently reading "Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time - Jeff Sutherland.
