1. Call delivery optimization when placing calls to improve connect rates

1. Additional settings to control calling work numbers repeatedly - this takes into account not calling gatekeepers again if we detect you reached a live person but letting you navigate multiple extensions/menus 
2. You can now set custom export parameters on Trellus (YC W22) data

We are releasing support for webhooks today to select paying teams - we will be increasing parameter rollout over the next two weeks for what you can have posted to your custom endpoints - for now raw transcript data + session metadata can be transmitted upon call finalization
