I am a passionate public policy professional dedicated to driving transformative societal change through strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of large-scale developmental projects. Currently, I am part of the Monitoring and Governance team at Tata STRIVE, overseeing the operations of skill development and entrepreneurship initiatives, involving 400+ employees, with a focus on empowering youth through sustainable livelihood opportunities. My journey spans diverse fields, from ensuring safety and on-time maintenance services in aviation as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Jet Airways to nurturing future engineers as an educator at the Thakur Institute of Aviation Technology. I pursued a master’s in industrial psychology and conducted impactful research at IIT Bombay and IIM Lucknow, refining my expertise in public policy and governance. As a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow, I collaborated with government departments in Mizoram, spearheading grassroots projects, analyzing policies, and developing sustainable solutions in the field of agriculture, education and skill development that directly impacted local communities. With a deep commitment to public policy and its potential to uplift millions, I strive to create and implement innovative solutions and foster partnerships that drive meaningful development.
