Embarking on my journey from the soaring skies of Jet Airways India Limited, where I played a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and seamless operations of aircraft, to the classrooms of Thakur Institute of Aviation Technology, where I imparted knowledge and nurtured the minds of aspiring Aircraft Maintenance Engineering students, I have consistently demonstrated a versatile skill set. Complementing my professional journey, I pursued higher education, earning a master's degree in industrial psychology, and engaged in research opportunities in the development sector at prestigious institutions such as IIT Bombay and IIM Lucknow, gaining valuable insights into critical policy and governance issues. My insatiable thirst for knowledge and unwavering desire to make a significant impact led me to become a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow.
