Hello and welcome! I'm Victoria Ajinomoh, a feminist Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research & Learning (MEARL) specialist working across education, gender equity, and public health. With a background in political science and a Master’s in educational measurement and evaluation, I bring a decade of experience in designing, leading, and scaling community-led research and MEL systems that drive equity-focused impact. My approach blends rigorous data collection with participatory and feminist methods to ensure programs not only work, but work for the people they are meant to serve. My work spans: 1. Education - Evaluating learning outcomes, inclusive education, and teacher training interventions. 2. Gender - Tracking social norm change, agency, and rights-based programming for women, girls, and LGBTQ+ persons. 3. Public Health - Conducting intersectional research on HIV, sexual health, stigma, and health-seeking behaviours. I have led or contributed to: - Feminist MEL frameworks tailored to grassroots and national contexts. - Outcome mapping and contribution analysis in complex, multisectoral programs. - Research and evaluation for NGOs, collectives, and community-based organisations.
