Responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition of first-to-market Intrusion Detection and Prevention System. Led cross functional team to execute plan and release product to market on schedule. Helped launch OneSecure in domestic and multiple international markets. Worked with both distributors and resellers to sell Intrusion Detection and Prevention products to domestic and international customers.

Held multiple management and engineering roles in the organization. As an engineer, developed high volume electro-mechanic designs for portable and desktop disk drives. Specialized in vibration and acoustic reduction design. In a management role, managed a design team to develop industry’s first three-inch disk drive and the design of machines for high volume manufacturing. In my final role, managed a collaborative design team to develop a market leading desktop drive with IBM Japan.
