As a Solutions Architect and Team Lead, my primary role is to design technical solutions and lead the Retail squad. My day-to-day activities include collaborating with product managers, product analysts, product owners, and engineers to understand requirements and design technical solutions that meet those requirements.

I am responsible for overseeing the development of new initiatives and the maintenance of existing ones in the squad. Additionally, I work with various stakeholders to ensure that our applications are secure, scalable, and highly available.

As a Solutions Architect, I worked closely with Product and Data teams to engineer technical solutions that aligned with business objectives. I was responsible for creating solution designs and API specs, leading product initiatives from a tech perspective, and acting as the glue between product and engineering teams.

With expertise in system design, architecture, databases, microservices, serverless, APIs, and mobile technologies such as iOS, Android, Flutter, and Angular, I was dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions that exceeded business expectations. I conducted in-depth research on various technologies and created proof of concepts that demonstrated their capabilities.

Additionally, I had a strong foundation in cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP, which I leveraged to develop scalable and reliable solutions that could handle any load.

As the Head of Development, I was deeply involved in hands-on development using technologies such as Serverless, AWS Stack, React Native, and Vue. I was responsible for managing and leading the tech team, ensuring that all projects were completed on time and to the highest possible standards.

I was actively engaged in Product Management and Product Design, providing valuable insights and recommendations to ensure that our products were not only technically sound but also met the needs of our customers.

One of my biggest accomplishments was developing and successfully launching the Zukaz Apps (www.zukaz.com), which quickly gained traction in the market and received positive feedback from users. I was also responsible for the initial development of Sicky Backend and App (www.sicky.com.au), which helped to streamline the healthcare industry and make it more accessible to everyone.

As a Full-stack Android Developer, I was responsible for architecting, designing, and developing a CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software as an extension to Netsuite. This software was a critical component of our business operations and had to ensure that it was robust, reliable, and efficient.

The software primarily consisted of an Android App, Laravel Web Admin Panel, Lumen REST API, and RESTlets for Netsuite, and we deployed the software in AWS. I was heavily involved in every stage of the development process, from initial design and prototyping to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

One of the most challenging aspects of this project was working closely with the Netsuite development team and other stakeholders to integrate the CPQ software with Netsuite. I had to ensure that our software was fully compatible with Netsuite's existing systems and that it met all of the necessary security, compliance, and performance requirements.

As an Android Developer, I had the opportunity to design and develop a team communication Android app called Channel, which had similar features to Slack. I was responsible for leading the development of the Android app and ensuring it was aligned with the product design and specifications.

My technical expertise in Android development and knowledge of XMPP protocol helped me develop the core communication features of the app. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams, including iOS developers, to ensure a seamless user experience across both platforms.

I took ownership of the app's development, from its design and architecture to its deployment to the Google Play Store. My role required me to work in a dynamic and agile environment, where I was able to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality code.

As a Freelance Software Engineer, I have had the privilege to work on several web and mobile projects for companies including Hashinclude Solutions in Dubai, Merclain Technologies in Kochi, and Webbyte Technologies in Delhi. One of the projects I worked on was developing the native Android app for Emirates Post Group in the UAE as a subcontract from Hashinclude Solutions.

In addition to developing the Emirates Post Group app, I was involved in designing, developing, and delivering various web and mobile applications for my clients. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

My role as a freelance software engineer required me to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on meeting project timelines and client expectations. I took ownership of my work and ensured timely communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

As the co-founder and CTO of SciWiz Technologies, I was responsible for overseeing all things tech-related, including engineering, IT, product, GTM, SMM, and ASO. This involved wearing many hats, but this approach helped me develop a wide range of skills in a short period of time.

During my time at SciWiz Technologies, I played a key role in offering a wide range of digital services, including technology consulting, software development, and design thinking services. As this was my first startup adventure, I was highly invested in the success of the company and worked tirelessly to ensure that we offered top-notch services to our clients.

In addition to leading the tech efforts at SciWiz Technologies, I also played a critical role in shaping the overall strategy of the company. This involved collaborating with other key stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and devise strategies for achieving long-term growth.

Overall, my experience as co-founder and CTO of SciWiz Technologies allowed me to develop a broad range of skills and experience that I continue to draw upon today.

As a Freelance PHP Web Developer and Android Developer, I had the opportunity to work on various projects with different clients. One of the largest projects was building MyTokri, a Groupon clone, from scratch, along with developing their Android native mobile apps.

In addition, I focused on CMS Development, particularly on WordPress, Joomla, and Magento, for other clients.

Another highlight of my freelancing career was building the annual IEEE conference Indicon 2012 event Android app, which was a great success.
