Monitoring the store operation and advising the staffs to follow the company Laws, rules and procedures.
Ensuring the ordered items are packed well, labelled with safe and secure before picking.
Tracking and ensuring the dispatched items are reaching in promised time with good condition.
Confirming the consignment arrival time and ensuring the receiving boxes are matching with Package list.
Organizing a team immediately to check and count the received items and quantity for data entry in to ERP system.
Removing and keeping the damaged, defective, excess and shortage items in separate location for warranty claim.

Organizing and Arranging the Special order Items for waiting customers and workshop technician without any delay.
Filing and Maintaining such as invoices, GRN, LPOs and other documents for re inspection.
Organizing a weekly meeting with store employees getting Feedbacks, complaints and other requirements to rectify and to improve
warehouse performance.
Always maintaining all areas in the store clean and neat without garbage or dust.
Reporting to store Manager every day After the job completion.
