Responsible for achieving quarterly and yearly objectives. Provide sale management team training, coaching and mentoring to all the sales members. Reviewed all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, functions spec etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations were met. Refined and implemented the marketing and sales strategy with specific focus on driving membership growth.

Exported an average of ten daily international shipments using appropriate legal documentation.
