needs to enable the most efficient candidate onboarding and backcheck clearing process.

▪ Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and developing/implementing corrective action 
plans.
▪ Adhering to BS7858 code of practice on Zellis platform to determine suitability, drive process,  
set a realistic timeframe, obtain relevant references along with evidence to close files, and prepare for internal and external audit checks. 
▪ Oversee contractual agreements, offer letters, and welcome packs with new starter details and transfer them to payroll.
▪ Organize induction and training plans and communicate to Roster team to maintain new staff entry.
▪ To ensure GDPR and compliance regulations are followed and to make managers aware of any changes 
that could impact the business.
▪ Other ad-hocs, checking and verifying security questionnaire documentation, 
identity documents, investigating fraudulence and discrepancies.

▪ Planning, executing, tracking, and managing people projects across the organization reporting status, risks, issues, and dependencies adhering to company policies, legal requirements, and industry

▪ Assisting People Partners with the process and drafting letters and documentation for TUPE- pay control group changes, IR35.
▪ Handling Maternity and being a key point of contact to address necessary changes/amendments to Maternity plans, and updating policy changes.
