I am drawn to stories. I find the ways in which stories touch people equally fascinating. These interests have defined my journey so far. Studying literature in English taught me how to engage with texts beyond my primary emotional response to them. It also gave me a strong foundation of critical thinking and writing skills. Psychology funnily made me turn back to that deep emotional well and see how we create our ‘selves’ through stories. My work has involved me telling and listening to stories, be it through my writing and editing, my work as a storyteller conducting heritage walks, or the time spent taking case histories in a psychiatry clinic. I am currently working with subject experts to help hone their language, writing and presentation skills.
