-Management of Factory activities (after finishing extension project) for production of sugar, programming to buy Beet(as feed of plant) from agricultures, material supply, spare parts, managing organized two shifts personnel(#400) per day on campaign period, sugar packing & storage, managing of maintenance period after campaign.
-Project management for New Burners Installation with Dual gas and oil fuel with BMS and Automation of Boilers and Pulp Dryers.
-Spare Parts Ordering for all new equipments of factory and preparing spare parts Manuals.
-As a senior process and project engineer, Coordination with French and German Engineering Co. and World Supplier of Machinery and Equipment in the Sugar Industry (ABB, ABSe, MAGUIN, Fives Cail, Choquenet, Gaudfrin, Moret Pump, Hibon, PMS, BMA, Siemens and …) for Extension of Factory Capacity on basic and detail engineering, construction and erection period, commissioning and starting of plant and training of factory staff to operate with new equipments and technology.
-Making project progress report to the factory top manager.
-Coordinated with all technical departments of company, vendors and contractors.
