•	Successfully closed and submitted a Verification Memo for the Matter Requiring Immediate Attention (MRIA)on Service Account Remediation for the highest risk Inherent Risk Rating accounts (Tier 0,1, and Tier 2 (High risk and Moderate-High Risk) within one year of it being open
