My SafeSTTAR™ (Safe Space to Talk About Race) Programs encourages authentic communication amongst diverse teams to get to the bottom of DEI related complaints to transform workplace relationships. The SafeSTTAR Program was created in response to coaching professionals of various gender-identities, ethnicities/ races/ nationalities, ages, sexual orientations, and abilities. In noticing the commonalities inside of the challenges experienced within these demographics, The SafeSTTAR identifies what is behind many of the conflicts staff have in diverse workplaces and provides the space for solutions to emerge by and for the participants. This program is for those people who believe it is possible - and have the desire - for people to operate and work together as an international/ human family. My leadership coaching skills came directly out of developing myself and the training for the creation of The Oshun Project - a non-profit program with a mission to bring green technology to the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Out of this work, over 10,000 people in Camp-Perrin, Haiti have access to portable water since 2014. As a coach, I empower my clients from small business owners to organizational leaders to create and to develop their teams towards accomplishing extraordinary results together for the experience of being the leaders and the teams they aspire to be. Some of my clients’ accomplishments include: Doubling business revenues within a year Increasing growth by 30 percent within a quarter New workplace program developed New businesses and careers created Promotions to the executive level Relationship reconciliation and partnerships improved and strengthened My personal hobbies include: fitness and dance (LOVE Pound, Anti-Gravity Yoga, ZUMBA, and Afrobeats), being a karaoke superstar, reading, writing, cooking, and laughing hard with others.
