o	Formatting short listed resumes according to the client’s requirements
o	Follow up with the clients for the feedbacks for the candidates’ profiles, interview schedules and the entire further follow up till the time of joining of the candidate
o	Interact with the potential Candidates and schedule interviews
o	Follow up with the candidates with regards to their salary and  joining date  
o	Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements
o	Maintain daily/Weekly/Monthly report of the entire team
o	Organize Exclusive Walk-in interviews for the clients

	Interacting with the Clients to know the complete details about the requirements
