As a dedicated cybersecurity professional with a solid educational foundation and extensive industry experience, I am passionate about safeguarding digital landscapes and equipping future professionals with the knowledge and skills to do the same. With a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from SUNY and a background that includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a PGDITM, I have honed my expertise through various roles in the field. I spent three impactful years at Deloitte Consulting as an Analyst, where I helped organizations navigate complex security challenges and bolster their defenses against evolving threats. My commitment to cybersecurity education led me to SUNY Adirondack, where I currently serve as an Instructor, imparting knowledge in both cybersecurity and IT networking to the next generation of professionals. It's a role that I find deeply fulfilling, as it allows me to combine my real-world experience with a passion for teaching and mentorship. During my journey, I had the privilege of collaborating as a Research Intern with the State of Indiana's Cybersecurity Research program, working alongside the State's Cybersecurity Program Director. This experience provided me with valuable insights into state-level cybersecurity initiatives and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field. I am continually seeking new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact in the world of cybersecurity.
