- Playing the rule for coordinator for RCL programs and projects, with a focus on entrepreneurship program for refugees, built an inclusive network of companies, training
providers, startup accelerators and mentors to uncover the growth of the foreign talent to make the
integration process more sustainable for both refugees and the local market.

•	Analyzed  political, economic, social, security and humanitarian context by regularly meeting with government agencies, International NGOs and community leaders that guides the next steps and other support to continue the ongoing projects.
•	Managed support functions (HR, Administration, Finance, Security, Supply Chain and IT), coordination of programs by participation in the meetings, compilation of reports to both main office and government, tracking of budgets, coordination with stakeholders, management of staff and other required actions that help the office to run smoothly.

Supporting the Zonal Manager in the office and programs management through compiling all reports (Government, Donors and Main Office), conducting needs assessment, overseeing programs implementation, liaising with the local government agencies.

Managing support units (Logistics, HR, Security/Access, Finance/Grants and Administration Departments) through supervising their day to day activities, appraising staff performance and capacity building.

Deputy Zonal Manager (Deputy Office Manager)

•	Project Implementation
In charge of project implementation at the provincial level, through making action plans, project reports (for government, donor and Office) budget tracking/controlling, supervision of performance and capacity building of project staff.
•	Coordination
In charge of coordination with government, target communities and other actors in the operation areas.
