From Digital Maps to AI Workforce: 19+ years of building tech that moves people and goods My entrepreneurial journey began in 2005 in Tashkent, where I built Uzbekistan’s first digital mapping and car navigation company — back when GPS was still emerging and mapping software barely existed in the region. That experience led to Maxtrack, a telematics platform used by over 2,500 customers and installed in 20,000+ vehicles, helping businesses across the country optimize their fleets. Since then, I’ve spent nearly two decades building systems that eliminate friction in logistics, mobility, and workforce management. My most recognized venture is Express24, Uzbekistan’s leading food delivery and quick-commerce platform. It was my only venture-backed startup, and we scaled it to $50M in annual revenue before successfully exiting to Yandex, a multi-billion dollar tech company. In 2024, I moved to the Bay Area and launched Numeo, where we’re building a team of AI-powered digital workers for logistics — intelligent agents that automate dispatching, negotiate loads, update drivers, and handle broker communications. We’re not just enhancing workflows — we’re reimagining the AI workforce that powers freight operations. Across three high-growth companies and more than ten MVPs, I’ve seen the full spectrum of startup journeys: breakout success, quiet wins, and hard resets.
