- monitor changes in legislation that impact local HR policies and activities and work to implement needed changes

- Preparing data for Payroll processing for employees on a Czech contract (Nugget) and on an expatriate contract (PeopleSoft)
- In close cooperation with HR Managers working on HR Processes – performance evaluation, employee relations, internship program, etc.

Visa, Work and Residence Permits
- Work permits and residence visa agenda for RFE/RL employees and their dependents
- Initial application at the Czech embassy abroad, consequent extension of residence permits at the Ministry of Interior
- Cooperation with HRIS on a project of unifying and tracking documentation data in PeopleSoft 

HR Project – Immigration program for broadcasters under the U.S. Congress
- Full responsibility for the project – entire internal communication with the employees PowerPoint, video and online presentations about the program
- External communication - U.S. embassy in Prague and the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC

Human Resources Coordinator

Freelance Payment Specialist 
- Project Coordinator for Finance on unification of freelance payment methods (over 750 freelancers all over the world)
- Communication with RFE/RL broadcast division management, administrative staff, bureaus and IT program developers
- Tracking Freelance payments, entering into accounting system, checking reports
