I'm looking for new challenges. I worked in startup ecosystem since 5 years and I want to join, now, an early stage startup. During my last year I have worked in agTech. I first join a startup which helps farmers to work in a more sustainable way. I was CTO to build the product team, which I did before turn into a CPO role. I took the CPO role because someone has to do it, so my job was mainly to organize the dialog and the following of all the product for the company. I work also with the founder on lots of topics from management, hiring, company structuration, marketing or growth. On this company we passed from 150k to 800k of ARR. Then I decide to switch and take a position as COO in company less tech, to sell fertilizers. I learn how to structure a early stage company. I did more support things, like cobuilding process, structure information in notion, setup all the tooling. Finally, I'm ready to join a new adventure in startup ecosystem and I would like to work on the american market.
