I worked as COO @ oligoplus to bring a more robust structure to the teams.
The objective was to structure the way the team communicates. 

I was able to realize several missions
- Simplify the transmission of information on notion.so 
- Set up an ERP for stock management 
- Writing of processes for the teams 
- Set up recruitment guidelines + help with recruitment 
- Change of software to link accounting to sales 
- Help to set up a business plan 
- Support on marketing

AgroLeague

Following the 2M fund raising at AgroLeague, I spent more than a year building the company's product team.

We had to manage an application for +650 farmers in order to simplify the relationship between agronomists (plant life experts) and farmers.

As a C-level, I was able to structure a startup from 150k to +800k of ARR, with all the learning that it brings.

I was able to participate in this entrepreneurial adventure where we went from 7 to 30 people. I was able to manage the product pole and set up a team of 5 people with developers and designers (in complete telecommuting)

I was the link between the product and the strategy of the company to allow in 1 year to make a growth of 5X.

We were in FullStack TypeScript - Node - React + Figma for the designs.

I worked on an introduction to machine learning module for a small master class.

It was a face-to-face module where I had free hand for the pedagogy.

I built the module with an approach of 20% theory and 80% practice.

I was able to follow the evolution of the students over a semester in their discovery of machine learning.
