As the founder and leader of Extreme Mutual Technique, a company that provides IT and electronic low voltage equipment for security, communication, screening purposes and solar renewable energy I have over 20 years of experience in the IT and solar energy sectors of CONSTRUCTION . My mission is to create value, drive innovation, and enhance efficiency through the use of hybrid systems, IP solutions, solar-powered inverters, and environmental technologies. In my current role, I manage the design, installation, and deployment of IT and energy solutions for hotels, airports, and other facilities, while negotiating with local communities and stakeholders on site acquisition and contracts. I also drive change management across all business units and provide leadership for over 60 employees across four branch locations. I have successfully navigated the challenges and opportunities of a highly volatile industry, and achieved customer satisfaction and business growth in markets across west Africa ranging from hotels, healthcare ,airports, banks, oil and gas facilities, schools , residential estates , malls.
