- Identify market requirement and build sub specialties.
- Define, implement and audit clinical and operational processes under Stroke Physiotherapy and Speech Therapy across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. 
- Facilitate periodic clinical training and learning of all functions. Facilitate individual skill development of all team members. 
- Keep abreast of latest developments in the field of stroke rehabilitation to check the feasibility for improving the standard of care.  Support regional operational reviews.
Business Development
- Regular communication with Neurologists/Physicians. Support smooth functioning of operations particularly managing service leads, patient feedback, liaising with various departments. 
- Maintain and analyse data to provide opportunities for growth of product and help reach set targets for the regions. Suggest and facilitate alternate dimensions for additional market penetration. Regional visits to review all of the above. Build and audit online and offline marketing content.

Clinical Quality Management
Audit quality of treatment outcomes using standard outcome measures. Audit compliance of documentation of patient records: assessment, daily rehabilitation, follow-ups. Build, maintain and audit quality of documentation of patient clinical data and outcome measures. Train team members: assessment, treatment techniques, documentation process. Conducting joint clinical review with all regions to review treatment outcomes.
