- Coordinate among with Project architect, structural consultant, peer review consultant and cost consultant regarding project design,
 cost basis in procurement stage. 

- Review package wise all the BOQ, DBR, TS,RFP for GC, preparation of pre qualification matrix for  GC vendor and Sub vendors. 

- Timely submission for PMR reports to concern stakeholders for EC norms.

- Validate all the TE as per design, drawings and BOQ as per project requirement. 

- Evaluation of project related risk, risk mitigation. Maintain risk tracker and highlight on timely basis. 

- Preparation of all the reports for internal and external JLL, Client audits.

- Preparation of all mandatory project reports including WPR, Tracker, PCG( project control group) meeting presentation, MOM, VR 360 reports.

- Study the project related Civil and MEP drawings, maintain and keep records of all drawings.

- Follow up with stakeholders on ambiguities in the existing drawing and maintain reports for amendment drawing. 

- Prepare project schedule, track on timely basis, highlight the critical path/activities, project control, catch up plan.

- Keep records for all the project documents, documentation of all the statuary reports, drawings, audit reports.

- Check the feasibility and do value engineering in project to save cost and time of project. 

- Preparation of project execution plan, project quality plan, project logistics plan.
