Financial Controller

ICECAP

(i) Prepare financial statements with relevant notes as per relevant accounting standards including IFRS/UK GAAP. (UK & Jersey companies (Real Estate) as per FRS 105 & FRS 102.)

(ii)Responsible for management and regulatory reporting preparation and timely delivery.

(iii) Support clients in decision making by providing high quality financial information.

(iv)Act as main accounting point of contact with key client personnel.

(v) Assist in planning and organizing the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and other reporting in accordance with agreed deadlines.

(vi) Liaise with auditors as well as tax consultants and regulators.

(vii) Actively participate in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process leaning and improving communication.

(viii) Advise line manager of any outstanding issues and provide timely updates regarding accounts in progress.
