As a Pathways Operations Coordinator at Volleyball NSW, I was committed to expanding volleyball participation and supporting athlete development across NSW. In this role, I handle diverse responsibilities, including:

Phoenix State Team & Academy Program Delivery

-Overseeing operational delivery for Phoenix training sessions, team camps, events, and activities.
-Planning logistics for Phoenix State Team programs and Academy programs, covering training, uniforms, and travel.
-Leading communications across all Pathways programs.

Regional Academies of Sport (RASi) Coordination
-Supporting RASi indoor and beach programs, including trial processes and program delivery.
-Aligning RASi programs with set goals and onboarding new partners and coaches.

Education Administration
-Managing coach and referee accreditation via the RevSport platform.
-Coordinating coach education programs and collaborating with Phoenix coaches and referee associations.
-Acting as the VNSW contact for national education initiatives.

Additional VNSW Support
-Assisting with annual events, workshops, and brand awareness.
-Maintaining office operations, equipment, website, and social media.
-Updating VNSW policies and procedures 
-Supporting staff and volunteers
-Assisting at major VNSW events.

Pathways Operations Coordinator

AFL Victoria

My responsibilities as a Compliance Officer are as follows:
- Access the club CCSP lodgement portal and assess compliance with the CCSP
- Identify anomalies within a club CCSP lodgement 
- Report to the relevant league the identified anomalies and recommended remedy
- Where no anomalies are identified, record and file the case
- Maintain a database of clubs that have been assessed and the actions taken
- Where necessary, conduct secondary assessments of club CCSP lodgements and either; identify anomalies still outstanding and elevate the case, or where no further anomalies are identified, record and file the case

Compliance Officer

De La Salle Amateur Football Club

- Promote awareness and understanding of the Safeguarding Policy. 
- Support adults in fulfilling their obligations to protect children. 
- Act as primary contact for safeguarding matters. 
- Report complaints and escalate concerns to the appropriate authorities.  
- Provide updates at committee meetings. 
- Assess risks to children and develop action plans. 
- Ensure compliance with screening laws and maintain records.

Child Safety Officer

My responsibilities as a team manager for the reserves team are as follows: 
- Working under the direction and supervision of the general manager of the team who takes care of the finances and administration of the team. 
- Coordinating with the general manager and assisting him to look after any affairs that need to be taken care of at an administration level.  
- Recorded player performances for updating on the GameDay server used by VAFA to keep track of the data of all the games in the league. 
- Looking after the players and the coaches who are in the reserves team and helping them with any game-day activities while taking the initiative in solving issues and making sound judgement. 
- Overseeing Game-day paperwork for coaches, umpires and the opposition team managers while teaming up with them to deliver the most hospitable experience during the game-day.
-  Making sure all the equipment and kits are packed properly which are required by the team on game-day.

as a customer experience ambassador in the record-breaking Australian Open with more than 1 million patrons attending the tournament I was involved as follows: 
- Greet and welcome almost 80,000 guests attending the Australian Open everyday, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Assist visitors with any questions or concerns about the tournament, facilities, or schedules, striving to provide helpful and accurate information.
- Act as a point of contact for guests needing assistance or guidance, directing them to the appropriate locations or personnel as needed.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in my assigned areas, ensuring that attendees enjoy a comfortable and pleasant environment.
- Assist in managing queues and crowd flow during busy periods to enhance the overall guest experience and minimize wait times.
- Provide support to visitors with disabilities, ensuring that they have equal access to amenities and services throughout their time at the Australian Open.
- Collaborate closely with my colleagues and other departments to address any issues or concerns raised by guests promptly and effectively.
- Proactively gather feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement, and report any significant incidents or feedback to my supervisors.
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador for the Australian Open, embodying its values and promoting a positive image to all guests.
- Stay informed about tournament updates, matches, and special events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to visitors at all times.

As a Hockey Victoria Participation Officer, 
- I introduce the sport to young children to increase participation in Hockey in Victoria.
- I have the privilege of delivering fun and exciting hockey experiences to children, igniting their interest in the sport.
- This role allows me to share my passion for sports and make a positive impact on young athletes.
- I work closely with the Game Development Department, gaining valuable skills in communication, teamwork, time management, and decision-making.
- It is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and contribute to the development of future hockey players.

Participation Officer

Volleyball Victoria

the roles I was entrusted with were
- Updating the results on the exposure platform that was used by the teams and Volleyball Victoria.
- Helping Volleyball Victoria with arranging the results so that they can be accessed in case of any conflict arises.
- Assisting in supervising the games to see to it that the games were played at their allocated
times.
- Supporting the referees by helping them with refreshments and keeping them up to date with any changes occurring in the games.
- Supporting other volunteers by relieving them so that they could have refreshments.
- Liaising with the teams and players about their duties and responsibilities during the tournament.
- Helping out any teams and players with the information they needed to prepare for their game.

Position: Team Services Volunteer

Responsibilities:

- Team Liaison: Support participating teams throughout the tournament.
- Logistics: Coordinate transportation, lodging, and training facilities.
- Access Control: Manage team access to restricted areas.
- Communication: Facilitate communication with tournament officials.
- Cultural Assistance: Help teams adapt to the host country.
- Emergency Support: Assist in medical emergencies and evacuations.
- Language Skills: Multilingual skills are a plus for non-English-speaking teams.

Position: Spectator Access Volunteer

Responsibilities:

- Ticketing and Access: Scan tickets, guide spectators, and assist with access control.
- Information Hub: Provide directions, answer questions, and help with special needs.
- Safety: Report security concerns and assist in emergencies.
- Accessibility: Aid spectators with disabilities, including wheelchair access.
- Lost and Found: Help spectators retrieve lost items.

Position: Pre-match Ceremonies Volunteer

Responsibilities:

- Setup: Assist in preparing pre-game ceremonies.
- Coordination: Work closely with ceremony organizers.
- Participant Assistance: Support performers and dignitaries.
- Timing and Cueing: Ensure ceremonies start and finish on time.
- Communication: Relay information effectively within the team.

Team services, Spectator access & Pre-match ceremonies Volunteer

Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix

I volunteered as a support paddock marshal for the 2023 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix held at Albert Park Circuit. Formula 1 is the highest level of Motorsport racing competition in the world. There was a record breaking attendance of almost half a million people across the 4 days. 

In my role as a support paddock, I had the following responsibilities during the 4 days of the Australian Grand Prix:
- I oversaw clearing the pathway for Formula 2, Formula 3 and the Porsche supercars to get to the circuit and also while exiting the circuit. 
- I was to oversee the safe recovery of damaged cars and drivers. 
- I was to make sure no one touched the damaged cars which were expensive and dangerous machines without proper precautions.
- I had the opportunity to help direct the damaged cars into the paddock/garage for examination and repairs.

Support Paddock Marshal

Prahran Cricket Club

I am currently volunteering as the Team manager of the Men’s 4XI team for the 2022-2023 Victorian Premier Cricket season. 
- I am responsible to handle all the needs of the players during and before the match. 
- To handle the twitter account of Prahran Cricket Club and to post regular updates about the match. 
- To assist setting up the frog box system which is used to stream the match live on YouTube.

I'm a Sports Management professional with broad experience in event management, team coordination, community engagement, communication & safety management across a range of sports in the Australian sports industry including MotoGP, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Australian rules football, Motorsports and Swimming.
