I’m leading a product team of 11 and, first, was responsible for the activation part of the product funnel. Together with the team, we changed the way users begin interaction with the product. This increased the main activation metric by 100%.

Now I’m in charge of the whole product. Together with 1 BE dev (and a bit of FE dev effort), we have launched WhatsApp integration in only 2 months.

I also:

- actively review and prioritize what bugs and technical debt get solved first to make the development process move smoother;
- collaborate with a content team and designers to bring consistency and simplicity to the product;
- manage feedback portal;
- interview users on a regular basis;
- take care of product documentation, release notes, guides;
- track all the metrics in dashboards to trace anomalies and take action quickly;
- actively poke my nose everywhere, like marketing activities or design of billing invoices.

Slack bot for modern professionals that solves a ‘paradox of choice’ problem by sending recurring educational content. We go through the world’s best newsletters, blog articles, Twitter threads and roll up a ‘crème de la crème’ for each user based on their needs.

We started this side-project from scratch. We had acquired more than 50 users through direct outreach, but had not found stable acquisition channels and fundraising.

So we made a pivot. Now it’s a platform (on a base of Notion) with personalized recommendations on fiction, art, and movies. We got 5 paid users in the first two weeks and 400$ MRR.

I managed functional sub-modules of a B2B agile management platform. 

I collaborated closely with a Product Manager to plan Program Increments. I was responsible for defining features and prioritizing the team backlog. I provided daily support for development team, including requirements clarification and feature acceptance.
