                          - following up and make sure that all safety and enverionmental regulaltion and 
                            Standard are observed at all time of the construction
                          - orgaanize all required meeting with construction contractors and internals meeting 
                          Project team to improve comunication and exchanging of information.
                        - tracking and controlling the construction scheduales and associated cost to achieve 
                          Completion of the project within time and budget allocated 
                         - reschedule and re- alocate cost as neccecery during construction to achieve the 
                           Project compeletion date
                         -  suporting the operation team to make sure a smooth start up of the plant
                         - prepare all weekly, monthly and final reports for the project management
                         - support and assist in administrating  all subcontractors contracts.

developing and establish the construction department for UHDE Egypt
                          Supporting all construction activity for UHDE GmbH in Egypt and MENA countries
                          Prepare the mob and demob plan for construction staff
                          Attending construction meeting and prepare the reporting
		Developing  the quality plan for the construction department

                          Anti acid protection and finishing works 
                          Coordination between civil works and electro mechanical erection
                          Coordinte all the heavy lift activity including lifting study                        
                          Coordinate civil, mechanical and electrical activity to achieve the over all project

                          Prepare all required documents for mechanical compeletion and start up
                          Following up the safety and enviromental standard during the all construction activity
