As the Founder & COO of Panchneeti, I established India’s first AI-driven political consulting firm, dedicated to transforming aspiring politicians into influential political brands. Since our inception, Panchneeti has played a pivotal role in major electoral campaigns, including the Goa, Delhi, and Jammu & Kashmir state elections, as well as the Lok Sabha elections, collaborating with the world’s largest political party.
With operational hubs in Delhi and Patna, we have built a strong reputation for delivering data-driven strategies and innovative solutions. Our distinguished client portfolio includes:

At Asian Confluence my work comprised of conceptualising international seminars, organising Track 2 dialogues between India and the countries in the Indo-Pacific region. I lead a team of six people and organised a one-day seminar between the Embassy of Japan and India. 
I also the project in charge of a book titled "Water Federalism 2.0" with Hanns Seidel Foundation.
I also wrote press releases, conference reports, prepared official newsletter and managed the communication wing of the organisation. 
As a researcher, I wrote articles and commentaries on cultural linkages between India and Bangladesh and Nepal, researched and prepared reports analysing the 50 years of India Bangladesh relations. 
I also trained interns on research and program-related work.
