In my previous roles, I've had to wear many hats: QA Tester, Software Engineer, Sales, Paid Marketer, Event Planner and manager, Community Builder, Program Manager, Recruiter, etc. Thus, I thrive in zero-to-one stages where being a generalist is advantageous. I grew up in various small towns. At 18, I moved to Morelia, Michoacán, where I studied Electrical Engineering. At 22, I began my first “real” job at Tata Consultancy Services, where I learned SQL and UNIX. A few months later, I worked as a construction laborer in Canada for three months. At 23, somewhat by accident, I became a Software Engineer—first at National Western Life Insurance, then at Beek (YC W17). At 25, I co-founded my first company, Trendi, which went through Platanus Ventures. At 26, I worked alongside one of Rappi's co-founders in the Makers Fellowship, supporting over 300 aspiring and early-stage founders under 25. At 27 - 28, I co-founded Torrenegra Organization with Alexander Torrenegra. We supported 105 companies across Latin America that collectively generate over $100M USD in annual revenue and have created more than 300 direct jobs.
