As the Head of ITOps, I am responsible for leading a dynamic team of engineers in developing and implementing robust, scalable infrastructure solutions. My role is centered around fostering a culture of collaboration and communication between developers and the software operations team.

My primary responsibilities include:
- Collaboration: I work closely with the software development team to understand their needs and ensure that the infrastructure supports and enhances their work. This involves regular meetings, feedback sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.

- Communication: I act as a bridge between the developers and the operations team, facilitating clear and effective communication. This includes translating technical jargon into understandable terms, and vice versa, to ensure everyone is on the same page.

- Infrastructure Development: I oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our software infrastructure. This involves making key decisions about the tools and technologies we use, as well as managing the deployment and scaling of our applications.

- Continuous Improvement: I am committed to continuous learning and improvement. I regularly review and update our practices and processes to ensure we are using the most efficient and effective methods.

I am passionate about creating an environment where developers and operations can work together seamlessly to deliver high-quality software solutions. I believe that through effective collaboration and communication, we can overcome any challenge and achieve our goals.

Fulfilled a broad role that can be described as assisting in the day-to-day running of the business.
