•	Duties include recruitment of new members, retention of current membership through increasing positive engagement throughout the year.
•	Increased numbers across the board for all recruitment, retention and engagement metrics.
•	In charge of all Annual Conference sponsorship sales and increased sponsorships by over 35% in first year.

Account Manager
Property Management Association (PMA) is the largest real estate management association in the national capital area and is considered to be the largest association of its kind in the United States. PMA represents nearly 1,800 national capital area property management professionals who are responsible for an estimated 750,000 residential units and in excess of 120 million square feet of commercial, retail and industrial space.
•	Spearheaded the largest one-day property management industry trade show in the country; was singularly in charge of selling over 250 exhibitors and 2000 attendees that resulted in revenues 15% over budget.
•	Raised over $500,000 worth of sponsorship revenue through intensive relationship building and e-marketing campaigns. 
•	In charge of hiring, firing, training and managing staff during massive transition of account – which resulted in beating proposed budget by 10% and in-turn negotiated a 5% raise in fees for the company.
•	Full turnkey implementation of an awards program to determine the best apartment communities in the Washington DC region. Responsibilities include creation of judging criteria, training judges, updates of consumer website (bestapartmentsindc.com), creation of specialized marketing kits for all winners including press release, sales sheet, QR code and social media guidance. Program doubled in size in its 2nd year. 
•	Liaison for several committees and councils. Duties include extensive volunteer management, developing yearly marketing/action plans, budgets, minutes and strategic planning.

Responsible for all event and membership recruitment logistics, marketing and sales for an international member trade association focused on creating a proper niche for this segment of the kitchen and bath industry. The Decorative Plumbing & Hardware Association is a cutting-edge nonprofit organization whose mission is to create competitive advantages for its nearly 400 members by advancing the business and professional development of independent dealers, manufacturers, representatives and others involved in the decorative plumbing and hardware industry.
•	Maintained 90% membership retention for four years plus 10% annual growth through a recessionary marketplace by implementing a marketing grassroots campaign successfully engaging the membership in reaching association goals.
•	Executed annual industry trade show, in charge of sales of more than 90 exhibitors, and in excess of 500 attendees, which were 20% increases from the previous year utilizing a budget of over $500,000.
•	Lead transition team for return of account by implementing all new account functions from strategy to basic logistics and staff hiring.
•	Served as a staff liaison for three committees, Executive Committee and Board of Directors to effectively plan, scope and format events, to establish budgets and to monitor performance.

We also represent companies that manage over 35,000 condo and homeowners associations in over 250 communities.  Our members house over 532,000 residents of the State of Maryland throughout the entire State of Maryland. MMHA membership also includes more than 230 associate members that supply goods and services to the multi-housing industry.
•	Created sales strategy to expand annual trade show that resulted in an increase of booth sales, attendance and overall profits by 50% from the previous year.
•	Lead transition team in implementing all new account functions from strategy to basic logistics and staff hiring.
•	Researched and managed implementation of new website from conception to completion on time and under budget.
