During my time at Baxter's I was a digital transformation champion, supporting the business in adopting salesforce as its primary CRM. I bought in household names from across the offsite construction, asset recovery, and motor industries. I managed these relationships throughout the entire sales and after sales cycle. I achieved more than 300% of my annual target in the 11 months I worked there, and at the time held the record for the largest single project closed.

Account Manager

The research I am assisting with is looking to develop Dr. Serret's impact case study of the EU FP7 ASSISTME, investigating teachers' use of formative assessment. My role currently involves identifying and reviewing relevant literature, focusing on the policy and practice governing assessment during transition periods (i.e KS2/KS3).

Research Assistant

Working with course design teams and university officials to approve new course designs. My role in this process is communicating the student perspective during the approval process, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to drive improvements in course standards and delivery.

Development and Advisory Group Student Member

Consulting with students struggling with any aspect of their academic skills or writing methods. The role involved delivering an individualised experience to each client, and maximising the return they get on their time reflected in academic attainment.

Academic Mentor

In this role I was responsible for managing project delivery in a one-to-one environment with course academics. I would meet with lecturers and senior leadership to advise them on how to best translate their specific learning outcomes into a digital experience. The role involved working to tight deadlines as part of the universities wider professional services department. Quality assurance underpinned all dimensions of practice, the HE QM framework as well as NTU’s own digital guidance informed the quality assurance checks I conducted on approximately 250 modules.

Provided customer support on the front end. I also fulfilled a role controlling stock using a sales based ordering system and worked as a warehouse operative.

Customer Service Assistant

I’m passionate about AI literacy, and building value for educators through support and technical solutions. I have been awarded start-up funding from Microsoft and shortlisted by The Times Higher Education for an ed tech start-up that I later led into an acquisition. 

I manage a portfolio of digital change initiatives and projects focused on developing digital confidence, having previously designed and delivered an institutional software training service offer. I have a track record or delivering value to the teams I work with, having lead digital change initiatives in both the private and public sector, I also chair NTU’s practice and scholarship group for AI. 

Previous experience includes being a high performing account manager in a B2B sales environment and multiple mentoring/academic support roles + HPL/contractor work.
