- Designed and implemented the W-energy For Equality Project which trained 15.000 Women in 3 years on Entrepreneurship, funded by Koç Holding in Turkey.

* Jury Prize for W-energy Equality by Fast Company in 12.2023
* The best project of the Development Program Supporting Women's Participation in Business Life by TEGEP in 11.2023
- Designed and implemented the Mentorship-Reverse Mentorship Program for Executives in Ahbap to train young people who were affected earthquake in Turkey

-	Developed the updated end-to-end Training of Facilitator Program and set of materials to streamline the 70:20:10 approach and support functional areas and other stakeholders in developing their learning and development initiatives (learning needs assessments, training design, etc.) following a harmonized corporate approach.
-	I supported in implementing 4 cohorts in Training of Facilitator Programme.
-	In total 67 colleagues received facilitator certificates and 8 colleagues will be receiving. 
-	Designed Facilitator Survival Kit to support all WFP colleagues who are involved in facilitating webinars, workshops and meetings.
-	Designed Facilitation Guide and Tools for Creating & Facilitating Learning Experiences Toolkit in order to empower learning designers and trainers in the creation of interactive, engaging, and immersive learning experiences.
