• Supported LATAM invoice aging review by providing case updates to the client and suggested resolution
• Helped team lead document and implement holds processes for Italy’s e-invoicing requirements
• Assisted with preparing and sending LATAM withholding tax reports to the local tax firm as needed
• Trained in processing invoices and applying withholding tax in Oracle Fusion for LATAM entities
• Advised team lead of issues requiring further evaluation and escalated process gaps to help prevent team errors
• Assisted team members with training, clearing any case backlog, and answering process related questions
• Successfully led LATAM holds training for the project’s transition to Costa Rica

I'm a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience working in finance and accounting operations. Previously worked with Accenture as a Procurement & Sourcing Analyst within Source-to-Pay, supporting one of Accenture's largest clients in the Austin area with their buy desk operations. I worked as an AP Accounting Operations Associate where I focused on resolving international invoice holds for the client to help facilitate invoice payments.  

When I'm not on the job, I enjoy running along Central Park, trying vegan food around NYC, and going to live music shows.
