I believe in an idea of ​​well-being that is circular, responsible and shared. In 2020 I co-founded the startup Trainect (www.trainect.it) to pursue this vision. Our goal is to bring this idea within companies to encourage well-being that is taking care of yourself, the people around you and the surrounding environment. We want to bring well-being at company's hand. I have worked in large companies but I have chosen to give up a conventional career to dedicate all my time to Trainect. We are bringing innovation to the Corporate Wellness sector, with a single goal to take care of workers, helping human resources to offer a welfare tool that allows them to monitor corporate well-being. The results on the companies that have used our platform show improvements of up to + 20% in the level of psychophysical well-being of workers, stimulating team building and with a strong return on company productivity. I love discovering new ideas, helping entrepreneurs like me to make the world of tomorrow better, or at least trying, that's why I am Mentor and investor of several startups.
